Items lost in transit:
Once the packages are passed on to the delivery services, we lose all control over the process - we put our faith in them, and in 99% of cases, the packages reach the customers within the given timeframe. In the rare instance that an item is lost in transit we will organise a free replacement.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged/misprinted/defective, then please get in touch with us within a week's time! We will replace your order free of charge.
We will require photo proof of the faulty item. You will then be offered a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method.
Change of Mind
Our products are printed to order, and due to the custom nature of each print, Needs & Wishes does not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. Change of Mind includes garment sizes, not to the liking of the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements or refunds for wrong sizes ordered so please check carefully against the size charts when ordering that the size you require is appropriate.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for incorrect information supplied when ordering personalised items so please check carefully that all of the information is correct prior to placing your order.
Cancelling your order
You have 2 hours from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Out of stock items:
If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will also refund you.
